How do I receive Group Pricing?First, create an Online Account. Then sign in to My Account, here or from the top, right homepage menu. Next, go to Manage Groups on your account Dashboard and connect to your group using your Group Number with Southeastern or the Director's email associated with your group account. If you are unable to locate your Group Number, simply click the Need Help Locating Your Group Number link, complete the form, and we will locate or create a Group Number and send it to you via email.
Do I have to order more than one item to receive Group Pricing?No. Group Pricing applies if you are a Director or Music Educator ordering on behalf of your organization. Connect to your group and order as few or as many items as are needed.
Create an Online Account and link it to your group's customer number to enable online shopping.

3-Day Select Service:
12% of sub-total ($25 minimum shipping charge); You receive your package three business days after we ship.
2nd Day Air Service:
15% of sub-total ($30 minimum shipping charge); You receive your package two business days after we ship.
Next Day Air Service:
25% of sub-total ($50 minimum shipping charge); You receive your package one business day after we ship.
Alaska and Hawaii:
We ship via Air Service only (2nd Day or Next Day).
We ship via U.S. Postal Service unless otherwise indicated. Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes on shipments outside the United States when package is delivered. Actual USPS shipping charges will be reflected on your invoice.
Standard Ship: Our standard shipping time is 3-5 weeks.
Quick Ship: We have a selection of options available to ship in 5 business days or less. Options include certain dresses, tops, skirts, show choir dresses, the majority of men’s apparel, and even some other styles in certain colors.
Items not in the current catalog may take longer to ship.
Call Customer Service at 800.239.6294 to request a Return Authorization (R/A) Number. Please have your Return Authorization Label (located on the Returns & Exchanges Form) available when you call.
Affix the Return Authorization Label with your R/A number to the outside of your return package.
Returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of original delivery. Return via a traceable carrier, i.e., UPS or insured U.S. Postal Service. Be sure to keep a copy of your return shipping information for your records.
Customers are responsible for return Shipping Charges.
Returned merchandise must be in new condition and unaltered with labels intact.
Special Cut and Special Make garments are non-returnable.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
