What is Individual Pricing?
This pricing applies if you are shopping for yourself or another individual.


What is Group Pricing?
This pricing applies if you are a Director or District ordering on behalf of your group or organization.


How do I receive Group Pricing?

  • First, create an Online Account.
  • Then sign in to My Account, here or from the top, right homepage menu.
  • Next, go to Manage Groups on your account Dashboard and connect to your group using your Southeastern Group Account Number or the Director's email associated with your group account.
  • If you are unable to locate your Group Number, simply click the Need Help Locating Your Group Number link, complete the form, and we will locate or create a Group Number and send it to you via email.

Do I have to order more than one item to receive Group Pricing?
No. Group Pricing applies if you are a Director or Music Educator ordering on behalf of your organization. Connect to your group and order as few or as many items as are needed.

    Create an Online Account and link it to your group's customer number to enable online shopping.

    Call us at 800.821.8270 during business hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST), and we will personally walk you through the process. Please complete the Order Form first.

    Print, complete and email your Order Form to contactus@sepapparel.com.

    Fax your completed Order Form to 800.239.1576 anytime 24/7.

    Mail your completed Order Form to Southeastern Performance Apparel, 142 South Woodburn Drive, Dothan, Alabama 36305-1020.

    Purchase Order: With approved credit. Please upload an official Purchase Order for our files.

3-Day Select Service:

12% of sub-total ($25 minimum shipping charge); You receive your package three business days after we ship.

2nd Day Air Service:

15% of sub-total ($30 minimum shipping charge); You receive your package two business days after we ship.

Next Day Air Service:

25% of sub-total ($50 minimum shipping charge); You receive your package one business day after we ship.

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico:

We ship via Air Service only (2nd Day or Next Day).

International Orders:

We ship via U.S. Postal Service unless otherwise indicated. Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes on shipments outside the United States when package is delivered. Actual USPS shipping charges will be reflected on your invoice.

CONCERT: Standard Ship
Our standard processing & production time is 3–5 weeks + transit time.

SHOW CHOIR: Standard Ship
Our standard processing & production time is up to 5 weeks + transit time.

Orders are not released for Production until all sizing and payment information is received.

Quick Ship
We have a selection of options available to ship in 5 business days or less. Options include certain dresses, tops, skirts, show choir dresses, the majority of men’s apparel, and even some other styles in certain colors.

How to return or exchange and item image

Returns and Exchanges

Merchandise must be returned/exchanged within 30 days of delivery, must be in new condition, and unaltered with labels intact. Customers are responsible for return Shipping Charges and all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Custom Size and Special Make garments are non-returnable.

1. Call 800.821.8270 for a Return Authorization (R/A) Number.Print the Return Label provided via email.

2. Affix the Return Authorization label with the R/A Number to the outside of your package.

3. Be sure to complete the Exchanges & Returns Survey provided via email.
