The Youth Harmonique concert dress is made in our Stretch Velvet and Crepe. The bodice has short sleeves and a very modest round neckline. It is made in the Stretch Velvet. The floor length skirt is made in the Crepe. At the waist, there is a narrow band accented with a slender bow. The bow is removable. Back zipper.Available in concert black only.Machine washable (remove bow).
