Pleated sleeves and a sweetheart neckline are paired with a Crepe skirt. Bodice in flocked velvet mesh overlaying Crepe in your choice of three colors (Black, Claret, and Royal).
The Reagan features a modest sweetheart neckline and pleated (shirred) sleeves. The bodice is made in our Velvet Flocked Mesh over Crepe. The skirt is also Crepe and floor length.Your choice of colors will change the Crepe under the Flocked Mesh only.Hand wash cold, drip dry.

TALLS: If you are 5’8” or taller, order a TALL which is 2.5" longer. Add $10.00. Empire waist styles have 3” added to the skirt only.
