To request an update on your order status, please complete the form below. You can expect to hear from us via email within two business days.

See this chart for our shipping standards based on the type of item(s) ordered.

Please allow 3 weeks to pass from the Order Date before submitting a request. The Order Date is listed in the top right corner of the attachment contained in the Order Confirmation email. This does not apply to Quick Ship items, as those items should ship within 5 days of your order.
Why wait 3 weeks before requesting an order status? By this time, you should have received all Quick Ship items as well as any items we have in stock. We can then assess where the remaining items are in production and provide you with a more accurate ship date.
