We ship over 95% of all orders in three weeks or less. Our Quick Ship items ship within 5 business days or less.
Although the utmost care is taken to match fabric as closely as possible, Southeastern cannot guarantee exact dye lot matches on fill-in orders.
Holiday Planning: Southeastern closes for two weeks around Christmas and the New Year. It is possible that orders will take a bit longer because of the holidays. However, every effort will be made to ship in a timely manner.

There’s no charge for a sample when it’s returned in new condition within 15 days. All we ask is that you pay return shipping.
If you are creating a custom Sensations Show Choir garment, a sample is available for $100, due at the time of the order. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks plus shipping time for your sample to arrive. There are no refunds or exchanges on these samples.
Fabric swatches are free. You may request a free swatch of any fabric we offer in our catalog, and as many different swatches as you need. They are yours to keep.

Sizing Instructions & Notes
If you need sizing help after reviewing the sizing instructions, our specialists are available to help at 800.821.8270 (Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm central time).
After making your garment selection, refer to the sizing charts for that particular garment. Sizing charts are pictured with the garment on the product page online.
Take every measurement carefully.
Compare your measurements to those on the appropriate size chart to determine the size you need to order. All manufacturers’ size scales vary, so please, when ordering Southeastern merchandise, use only Southeastern charts to determine the correct size.
You will notice that our dress charts have range measurements rather than exact measurements. If you fall in the bottom measurement range, alterations should be expected.
Individuals that are in between sizes may be able to compromise to order a stock garment. The bust and waist measurements on our charts have a 1" ease, so even though the chart shows a size 10 as a maximum 38" bust, the finished measurement is actually 39". If the individual is slightly above the 38" bust measurement, the size 10 bust will still fit, but with less excess room.
When ordering dresses with a fuller skirt, the hip measurement is not as important as when you are ordering dresses with a more fitted skirt.
If measurements for all areas vary widely, (i.e. size 4 bust, size 10 waist, size 14 hips) or if an individual needs a larger size than is offered, a special cut will be needed.
If your measurements fall outside the range of Southeastern’s dress charts, a special cut will be needed.
Sizing bodices for Sensations Show Choir dresses are a great way to determine accurate sizes for your performers. Sizing bodices are free of charge (including shipping). The bodices extend from the neckline to the waistline, are offered in sizes 0 – 28, in both stretch and non-stretch fabrics.
Sizing bodices should be returned within 10 – 14 days. After 30 days, you may be charged the $50 value of the bodices.
A sizing line is a customer-selected range of sizes in the style the customer plans to purchase. This range of sizes in the chosen style provides the truest fit. The customer simply keeps the garments in the sizes needed and requests an exchange order for other needed sizes.
Sizing line orders consist of a range of sizes to help with size selection.
Sizing line items can be exchanged for a different size of the same item.
To expedite your order, color substitutions may be necessary.

Quick Ship: We have a selection of options available to ship in 5 business days or less. Options include certain dresses, tops, skirts, show choir dresses, the majority of men’s apparel, and even some other styles in certain colors.
Standard shipping time is 3-5 weeks.
Items not in the current catalog may take longer to ship.
Unique2You dresses, from our Sensations Show Choir line, ship in 5 – 7 weeks.
Ground Service Shipping & Handling Charges: 7% of sub-total ($15 minimum shipping charge). (Online Orders: $0-$49.99=$8 shipping, $50-$99.99=$10 shipping, $100-$149.99=$12 shipping, $150-$214.99=$15 shipping, over $215 = 7% of total order amount).
3-Day Select Service Shipping & Handling Charges: 12% of sub-total ($25 minimum shipping charge); You receive your package three business days after we ship.
2nd Day Air Service Shipping & Handling Charges: 15% of sub-total ($30 minimum shipping charge); You receive your package two business days after we ship.
Next Day Air Service Shipping & Handling Charges: 25% of sub-total ($50 minimum shipping charge); You receive your package one business day after we ship.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii We ship via Air Service only (2nd Day or Next Day);
International Orders We ship via U.S. Postal Service unless otherwise indicated. Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes on shipments outside the United States when package is delivered. Actual USPS shipping charges will be reflected on your invoice. (Online Orders for International Shipping: 35% of total order amount with a minimum of $65 for shipping.)
Pickup Orders We charge 2% of subtotal for handling or a $5 minimum.

Credit Card We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed.
Prepayment We recommend a cashier’s check or money order for prepayments. (Please note: Personal checks are accepted but held for 10 business days, which will delay your order.)
COD Add $9 to shipping charges for COD fee. Available for orders up to $1,000.00.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of original delivery. Please return via a traceable carrier, i.e., UPS or insured U.S. Postal Service. We do not give credit for return shipping charges.
Returned merchandise must be in new condition and unaltered with labels intact.
Special Cut and Special Make garments are non-returnable.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Though we hope you will be completely satisfied, should you need to exchange or return a garment or product, please follow the instructions below:
Use the Returns & Exchanges Form included with your order. You may also print a Returns & Exchanges Form if needed. Place the completed form inside the return package.
Call Customer Service at 800.239.6294 to request a Return Authorization (R/A) Number. Please have your Return Authorization Label (located on the Returns & Exchanges Form) available when you call.
Affix the Return Authorization Label with your R/A number to the outside of your return package. Packages sent to us without this numbered label will be refused by our warehouse. Don't forget to include the completed Returns & Exchanges form.
Custom Sensations Returns and Exchanges: Your unique show choir garments are made expressly for you; therefore, the garments cannot be returned for credit or exchanged for a different size. Please inspect your order upon its arrival and notify us immediately of any discrepancies or issues. On the rare occasion that an order is incorrect, you will have 10 business days to notify us, after which time the order is considered complete and chargeable to your account.
